Enagás, the transmission system operator (TSO) in Spain, has entrusted Boslan, part of Accenture, as one of the companies awarded a Framework Agreement to provide engineering services in the development of the future renewable hydrogen backbone network, which includes more than 2.600 km of gas pipelines.
A key infrastructure to connect hydrogen valleys and regions with an optimized LCOH with areas of high industrial demand in sectors that are difficult to decarbonize, boosting the national energy strategy and contributing to a future European hydrogen network, in line with the objectives of the European Union in terms of decarbonization and energy independence.
